Travis S. Baldwin DDS
Dr. Baldwin and his wife Shanda were born and raised in Cache Valley. They along with their children are excited to be “home” practicing family dentistry. Dr. Baldwin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. He finished his dental school training at the University of Texas Health School of Dentistry in San Antonio, Texas. There he graduated Magna Cum Laude and stayed an additional year to complete a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency.
He is experienced in all aspects of dentistry including; wisdom teeth removal, placing and restoring implants, root canals, crowns and bridges, esthetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry and fillings. If you have anxiety about dental care or just want to be more comfortable when you’re in the dental chair, Dr. Baldwin has extensive training in sedation dentistry. There are many options for you from laughing gas (nitrous oxide) to IV sedation which can be administered throughout the procedure which can keep you comfortably relaxed.
Dr. Jacob Rounds DDS
Dr. Jake Rounds grew up right here in Cache Valley, Utah. He graduated from Mountain Crest High School before attending USU, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. Go Aggies!
He attended dental school at the University of Utah School of Dentistry where he received his DDS degree. Dr. Rounds continued his education and training by completing a 1 year residency program at the University of Utah Hospital, where he became proficient in all aspects of general dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, placing and restoring implants, and the removal of wisdom teeth.
Dr. Rounds and his wife have one very active daughter that keeps them busy. They love being outdoors hiking, biking, playing pickleball, and doing anything that involves spending time with family. Dr. Rounds loves dentistry and is excited to join the Baldwin Family Dental team in taking care of Cache Valley’s best patients!
