We truly believe the staff here at Baldwin Family Dental is THE BEST!! They strive to make every step of your dental visit as comfortable and care free as possible. They are the ones who turn our patients, into family!

Travis S. Baldwin DDS

Dr. Baldwin and his wife Shanda were born and raised in Cache Valley. They along with their children are excited to be “home” practicing family dentistry. Dr. Baldwin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. He finished his dental school training at the University of Texas Health School of Dentistry in San Antonio, Texas. There he graduated Magna Cum Laude and stayed an additional year to complete a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency.

He is experienced in all aspects of dentistry including; wisdom teeth removal, placing and restoring implants, root canals, crowns and bridges, esthetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry and fillings. If you have anxiety about dental care or just want to be more comfortable when you’re in the dental chair, Dr. Baldwin has extensive training in sedation dentistry. There are many options for you from laughing gas (nitrous oxide) to IV sedation which can be administered throughout the procedure which can keep you comfortably relaxed.

Dr. Burnham DMD

Dr. Burnham grew up in Orange County, California and received his Bachelor’s Degree from UVU. He continued his education at Oregon Health & Science University, School of Dentistry in Portland and received his DMD degree.

He loves spending time with his wife and three children, eating Oreo’s and putting hot sauce on everything. He enjoys meeting new people and is excited to join Baldwin Family Dental!

Tell us about your family… I’m married to Jeff! I’m the 2nd oldest of 7 kids. I have an older brother, 2 younger sisters and 3 younger brothers. I’ve been married since 2016 and am hoping to get a puppy soon!:)

What do you like to do when you aren’t working? Workout, catch up on homework, and when it’s warm I like to spend a lot of time outside hiking or swimming.

Tell us about your family… I am married and have 4 kids ages 14, 12, 7 and 8 months-also 2 dogs and 2 hermit crabs.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working? I love to read and do group fitness classes. I like to go shopping with friends and eat good food!

What is something you can’t live without? I don’t think I can live without my phone. I’m probably addicted. I read on it and keep track of kids’ schedules.

What is on your bucketlist? I love traveling. I still want to visit Hawaii, Italy and Bora Bora.

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? I would pay off my house and probably invest the rest, after a few new pairs of shoes of course.

Tell us about your family? Married to Taylor for 16 years, 2 of the sweetest girls you’ll ever meet, and 1 life-loving, wild, little boy.

When did you start working for Baldwin Family Dental? All things adventure. I will drop everything for a day in the mountains: hiking/skiing/mountain biking. I also love cleaning, organizing, reading and eating.
